With a background in graphic design and architecture, I'm a full-time art director for the University of Illinois, a freelance graphic designer and video editor, a self-employed landscape designer and co-owner of Throop Studio, a still and motion production house.

How can I do graphics, landscapes, videos and more?! Because I agree with Paul Rand that “design is the method of putting form and content together” and would add, regardless the materials.

Specialties:

Graphic projects that include logos, signage, corporate identity systems, t-shirt design, magazine redesigns and the production of monthly 64+ page publications for press and digital output.

Landscape projects that range from small Chicago yards in need of a refresh, to full overhaul of 1-acre suburban residential properties. 

Video editing projects that range from 10 sec. shorts and limited series, to longer nostalgia pieces.
